The main objective of the KiNESIS project is to create a knowledge alliance between the academic world, NGOs, communities, local authorities and companies, in rural areas at risk of depopulation and disappearance. In order to promote and encourage ideas, projects, manpower, productivity and attractiveness in these areas, the KiNESIS alliance works on the development of a program of multidisciplinary activities in rural areas in socio-demographic decline. The aim of KiNESIS is to bring the interests of different stakeholders together by reclaiming various powers around abandoned villages to make them "smart" and "attractive".
