- Management of 15 international volunteers.
- Coordination of 8 programs that involved 700 young people throughout India.
- Organization of 2 three-day seminars for 50 volunteers and 5 one-week welcome seminars for 30 new volunteers.
- Direct work with young entrepreneurs.
- Deal with public relations of the NGO with government institutions and other NGOs.
Achievements
- We successfully opened 4 programs that welcomed close to 30 young people.
- Design and implementation of the workshop "48 hours to change" that was focused on the redefinition of product development and communication with partners and future consumers of a particular program.
- Redesign and implementation of workshops in finance and product development for young people with a high rate of illiteracy.
LP4Y is an international non-governmental organization that works for the social and professional inclusion of young people at risk. I coordinated our operations in India (New Delhi and Calcutta), favoring the empowerment of 200 young people working with 20 volunteers in the field. LP4Y works in the creation of training centers where, through the creation and management of a micro economic activity, young people build their life project and develop, through experience, the vital skills and professional knowledge necessary for their integration be sustainable in the long term.
