- In order for young people to gain confidence in their ability to act and, therefore, to find and keep a job, pedagogical and psychological monitoring is implemented.
- Development of a Micro-Economic Initiative (social entrepreneurship) that allows them to develop: Soft skills; business, management, organization, planning, communication, professionalism, time management. Hard Skills; digital literacy, english/globish basic communication skills.
- Organization and management: organization of program activities in collaboration with other Catalysts and project partners, budget management, monitoring and reporting of activities together with the support coordination team.
Achievements
- Redesign and adaptation of existing educational and planning tools in order to adapt our support in the context of jail and incarceration.
- Development of associations to create and develop an ecosystem of integration for young people both for those who left and for those who were inside.
Origin is designed to work with young people, incarcerated, in the discovery of the decent working world; Crossing topics such as professional behavior to personal development. My greatest achievement was the redesign and adaptation of our learning and planning tools to the context of jail and incarceration to achieve an optimal approach to young people.
