- Advice to 20 MiPyme in Colombia, distributed within 8 different industries.
- Study of each industry using the methodology of future scenarios to understand the projection of each industry allowing the consulting team to develop a tailored approach for each SME.
- Categorization of the room for improvement of each SME into three lines: strategic, tactical and operational.
- Creation of the ideal framework and improvement path for each SME, defining in the process what type of knowledge was necessary for each stage of change.
- Transfer of knowledge through workshops on design methodologies allowing interaction between groups of consultants and SMEs.
- Follow-up scheme during the implementation stage.
Achievements
Publication of the paper “Integral Design Tutoring Model as a Knowledge Transfer Strategy for SMEs in Colombia” as part of the conference “The colors of Care: 9th International Conference on Design & Emotion”
The PADI+2013 integral design accompaniment project focused on the transfer of knowledge in design that aims to transfer knowledge in and about design both to and from the productive sector and to and from designers of any specialty, managing to consolidate a more robust value offer and competitive.
