- I worked with 6 rural schools and more than 210 young people located in the coffee region.
- Use of design thinking tools to diagnose the current state of communities, while allowing young people in the area to understand their social, economic, political and environmental situation.
- SWOT analysis to define what kind of projects on ideas could improve your current situation.
- Design of workshops on positive leadership, entrepreneurship and adoption of new technologies.
- Development of alliances to create and develop an integration ecosystem for Youth.
- Open innovation process to articulate young people with "key partners" from private and public organizations, civil society and academia.
- Coaching on prototyping methods for MVP and definition of possible scaling paths for the initiatives.
Achievements
Initial implementation of 2 projects designed by young people focused on recycling and reuse of raw materials.
Planeta Estrella (P.E) is a youth empowerment program focused on rural areas working directly with schools and young people between 13-20 years of age. P.E seeks to provide young people with the necessary tools so that, through the creation and formulation of a specific project, they can have a better vision and prospect of their own future while contributing to the improvement of their communities.
